Stage 4 for Aylesborough Close

This latest Cambridge Investment Partnership scheme, undertaken between Hill Group UK and Cambridge City Council, consists of 70 dwellings featuring a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed council rent flats across 3 blocks, including M4(3) wheelchair units.

The homes will be built to PassivHaus standards, achieving high levels of air tightness + thermal values. Each flat will be independently heated + vented using an Exhaust Air Heat Pump, extracting heat from the exhaust air to supplement the heating system.
