The buildings are located in a very sensitive part of Woodbridge adjacent to the Grade I listed Tide Mill and in the River Deben Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Following Planning Permission obtained by Architects Paul Weston and Charles Curry-Hyde, Feilden+Mawson were commissioned to develop and deliver the project as Executive Architects novated to RG Carter. We developed the RIBA Stage 3 designs into technical construction packages and assisted the contractor on site through to hand-over. The project won a Suffolk Craftsmanship Award in 2018.
