Feilden+Mawson have been appointed to carry out major refurbishment works to address the derelict condition of Georgian and Victorian buildings plus the associated works within the adjoining Blocks. Set in conservation area the building is a local prominent landmark. The School is a coeducational secondary school and voluntary aided diocesan school affiliated to the Diocese of Westminster.

The basement areas will provide increased dining space linked to the existing canteen and kitchen within adjoining Block F. Although the PSBP refurbishment scope of works relates to the condition need across the whole of the development, fully scoped accommodation refurbishment is defined by a restricted budget.
