Feilden+Mawson LLP were appointed for architectural services RIBA Stages 2-5 for 600+homes across on multiple sites across the Lynnsport Complex.
Marsh Lane was the first site to be completed as part of the framework agreement between our client, Lovell, and King’s Lynn West Norfolk Borough Council. The development was part of the wider Lynnsport masterplan regeneration providing new green spaces, road infrastructure and cycle networks to benefit the wider community.
The proposal was contextual to the surrounding developments, providing a similar urban grain and traditional style and looking to improve the quality and standards of the surrounding former council housing sites, creating aspirational affordable homes.
