Feilden+Mawson led the delivery team to design and deliver extensions and internal remodelling works to both the Infant and Junior schools under the SMARTE East Framework. Working closely with the client team, the project sponsors, Essex County Council and the leadership teams at both of the schools to establish the project brief and overcome the key challenges to meet their educational needs.

Feilden+Mawson added value by proposing the use of panelised and modular building systems to meet the programme and cost constraints.
