Feilden+Mawson have been commissioned to design an iconic innovation centre on a primary corridor into Cambridge. The masterplan is looking to provide a circa of 25,000m² of flexible workspace. This first phase of 4,700m² is split between two built elements linked by a feature main entrance fronting a public space.
