Feilden+Mawson were engaged as the Specialist Laboratories Architect on this highly technical project from inception to its completion in 2015.

The building is now hailed as the best facility of its type in the UK, and perhaps Europe; ensuring that the client organisation can continue to meet the needs and requirements of its service. In addition, and in spite of the high containment requirements, the building achieved BREEAM excellent, a very significant marker for the Northern Ireland Executive in general.
