Feilden+Mawson have worked on a 5-Storey office building located on Hills Road, Cambridge. The building comprises of multi-tenanted offices and two levels of enclosed car parking. We provided design services from RIBA Stage 2 through to RIBA Stage 6 as part of a Design & Build procurement route.
The design flexibility of the proposed scheme allowed for the potential of a wide range of office suite sizes from circa 1,500 sq.ft. up to circa 28,640 sq.ft. on a net lettable basis.
