Feilden+Mawson has refurbished this Grade II listed Georgian townhouse to provide residential accommodation of two 3 bedroom maisonettes and one 2 bedroom flat over 5 storeys.
Contemporary kitchens, lighting, and WCs, complete with hidden storage units were installed into the building. A new rear extension was added to extend the living space on the lower ground floor and to form a private terrace on ground level. Although listed Grade II, uniquely, this building had been previously stripped of its historic features, which were carefully reinstated. Feilden+Mawson were responsible for all the interior design including the design of bespoke fitted elements.
