Feilden+Mawson have refurbished the Grade II listed Georgian townhouse to provide residential accommodation creating three apartments including a duplex occupying the top two floors, serviced by its own lift. The building lies in the Portman Estate Conservation Area.
Contemporary kitchens, lighting, and WCs, complete with hidden storage units were installed into the building. Although listed Grade II, a substantial amount of reinstatement of historic features was carried out, including marble fireplaces.
