Feilden+Mawson has completed the partial refurbishment of this Grade II listed Georgian property within the Portman Estate Conservation Area. The refurbishment provided a 2 bedroom mainsonette on 1st-2nd floor, as well as a 3 bedroom maisonette on 3rd-4th floor. In addition to new high quality interiors and new mechanical+electrical services, a new roof lantern and solar panels have been added to property.

Ground floor and Basement remained occupied during construction, which required a continuously proactive approach by design team and contractor to maintain good communication with neighbouring parties before, during and after the project was on site.
