Planning Permission, Blackpool Court

This is the first planning permission for a new build court for F+M for over a decade and is a great example of our long standing collaborative partnership with HMCTS and MOJ. Kim Graham, our Senior Equity Partner, worked closely with the Head of Planning Susan Parker, Conservation Officer Jan Cresswell and Highways Officer Keith Allen to develop a scheme that was noted by the officers as delivering a ‘well-designed public facility without any unacceptable impacts on amenity, highway considerations, drainage or environmental quality. Overall the development is considered to be of a high standard.’ We’re excited to see the design come to reality in the near future.
