Our team at Feilden+Mawson has meticulously preserved its historical essence while significantly enhancing its resilience against tidal flooding, through the installation of new flood barriers and flood-resistant construction techniques. In our commitment to sustainability, we have integrated low carbon technologies and a combined ASHP and LPG system for cooking and water heating. These measures ensure a robust and secure energy supply, improved internal comfort, and greater energy efficiency.
