Melanie Cossette: Conservation Architect

We’re thrilled to announce that Melanie Cossette has recently become a RIBA-accredited Conservation Architect! This significant achievement highlights her expertise in preserving and enhancing our architectural heritage, a cornerstone of our practice. 

At Feilden+Mawson, we take great pride in our extensive experience in a wide range of conservation projects. From the historic Norwich Castle and the Greenhouse Sports Centre to the Education Centre at Parliament and Old Sessions House, our work celebrates the preservation of our rich architectural past. 

Melanie’s knowledge spans across various sectors, with specialism in conservation, heritage, and life sciences projects. Her conservation

experience includes outstanding work at the Grade I Listed Trinity College Master’s Lodge, and multiple projects for the University of Cambridge and its Colleges.

Melanie’s new accreditation punctuates our commitment to excellence in conservation architecture. Her leadership and passion for heritage projects will undoubtedly further our mission to create spaces that honour history whilst incorporating the needs of today.
