World Environment Day

Happy World Environment Day! At Feilden+Mawson, care for the ecosystem and environmental impact stands at the forefront of our work. We are committed to integrating sustainable designs into our projects and reducing our carbon footprint wherever we can. With our Passivhaus credited designers, we create projects which seek to compliment the ecosystem, not degrade it. One example of this would be our work on the beautiful Entopia building for the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, where we used a low carbon retrofit to achieve EnerPHit certification, primarily using bio-based materials and reusing existing materials such as a metal framework on the rooftop terrace to hold up the solar panels.
