Sustainability at Entopia

The Entopia retrofit was made possible by a committed project team, aiming to realize the collective vision and goals of the Entopia project. The aims of the project were to:

  • educate and lead the building industry;
  • minimize carbon and any negative environmental impact;
  • inspire and encourage collaboration;
  • achieve the highest level of efficiency;
  • adopt recycled and bio-based materials.

The result was that the building achieved EnerPHit Classic Certification, whilst also seeking to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold.
