Simon Crosse
Simon was an energetic character, he was an artist, a sailor, an athlete and an Olympic oarsman rowing in the Rome Olympics in 1960. Simon adored travelling and spent much of his time in Cornwall and visiting relatives in Australia and New Zealand where he was born. Simon joined Feilden+Mawson in 1967 and was an integral part of the management team until his retirement in 1996. Passionate about architecture and conservation, he influenced and mentored many within the practice during his time, including Alan Robson and Gordon Montague, who would later become Partners and key to the continued success of the London team. Our condolences to his wife Carolyn, and his family.
