The cluster of five family houses is designed as a residential resort with unifying architectural language to achieve a balanced urban look. The urban layout uses the whole depth of the site so that only three houses face the street when the other two houses are orientated towards the bordering stream and the adjacent forrest. The proposal consists of two types of single family houses either one or two storeys high.
Each house is positioned in a way which allows privacy, uninterrupted unique views towards the natural surroundings. The mix of one-storey and two-storey houses brings a diversity to a monotonous residential area.
